Thinning & Wash Up

Supplied press-ready if necessary. Hot shop conditions: use up to 3% AT-591. Dried ink may be washed out with ZDHC approved SS-400 or with SS-639 Screen wash up.

Mesh Guidelines

TA-021 white: Monofilament 43T/cm - 90 T/cm.
TA Standard Opaque/Metallic: Monofilament polyester 43T/cm - 90 T/cm.

Stencil Type

Should be water resistant. Recommended: EMU14 / EMU 33 / Dirasol 25.

Flash Curing

The temperature must reach 120°C to 130°C on fabric and under optimum conditions; dwell times of less than 6 seconds can be readily achieved.

Curing Information

It is essential that the entire thickness of the ink film has time to reach the full cure temperature of 140°C to 150°C (on fabric) for 2.5 to 3 minutes for optimum wash & rub fastness.

Fusing

Temperature at 160°C to 170°C for 5 to 7 seconds with optimum pressure. Use Texitran CP transfer paper only.
