Preparation & Viscosity

To print silicone inks, add catalyst with the inks at 1-3% of the inks weight. For reducing the viscosity, add the reducer 5-10% with the inks.

Pigment Loading

Recommended loading range of Silicone pigment is 0.01% to 5% of the total silicone weight.

Direct Curing

Silicone inks will fully cure after reaching temperatures in between 125°C - 150°C for 90-120 seconds.

Oven & Air Drying

Prints will also cure in the oven with the temperature of 130°C - 150°C for 30 minutes or air drying for 48-72 hours.

Pot Life

Within 6 hours is the best using condition of silicone after mixing with the catalyst, so please prepare the suitable quantity according to the consumption.
