Mesh Guidelines

For optimum opacity: Nos. 43T/cm - 62T/cm monofilament.
For fine detail: Nos. 77 T/cm - 100T/cm monofilament.

Stencil Type

Most solvent resistant stencils are suitable. Recommended: Dirasol 916 / 915.

Drying

Air dry: 15-30 minutes followed by racking overnight.
Convection oven / infrared conveyor dryer: 100°C for two minutes.

Thinning & Wash-up

For maximum opacity, print unthinned. If necessary, thin with up to 10% SS805. Add 5-10% NB 386 Catalyst or ZDHC approved catalyst VF-386. For extreme hot shop conditions, add up to 10% SS806 Nylo Retarder. Wash up with SS805 Nylo Thinner, ZDHC approved SS-400, or SS-639 Screen wash.
